Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the Service Department at our Rupanyup branch. This is a diverse, hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for:
Driving team performance and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture
Building strong customer relationships and acting as a key escalation point
Overseeing day-to-day workshop operations while implementing process improvements to support growth
Ideal for leaders from the Automotive, Truck, Mining, or Agricultural sectors, this role offers the opportunity to shape a department and make a lasting impact in a thriving regional branch. What You’ll Bring
Proven experience leading teams in a trade or service environment ideally with a Heavy Diesel qualification or equivalent experience
Strong customer service focus and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisational and time management ability
Problem-solving mindset with a knack for practical solutions
Current Australian driver’s licence and unrestricted working rights in Australia
